Infrastructure for Social Change
The Infrastructure for Social Change works to reduce social gaps, strengthen community, promote vulnerable populations, increase social equality, reinforce Israeli culture, and foster leadership and responsibility.
We achieve this by developing, operating, and nurturing innovative social projects in partnership with social entrepreneurs, philanthropic foundations, local authorities, and government ministries.
Additionally, the Association partners with mentors, and empowers NGOs that realize their vision, with the aim of improving the lives of Israeli citizens through strategic guidance, program development, financial support, and resource development.
Our Areas of Activity:

Initiation and development of innovative social projects in the fields of welfare, coping with the aftermath of war, community, sustainability, and culture.

Social Change Incubator
Supporting social initiatives at their inception and providing financial and organizational platforms until they achieve independence.
Assistance to NGOs and Social Initiatives
Long-Term Mentorship: Strategic, program, resource and organizational/financial infrastructure development.
Short-Term Mentorship: Providing expert consulting in resource development, proposal and grant writing, CRM systems, and professional training.
Innovative Social Projects
The Association operates 23 projects in the areas of:
Community Building and Israeli Identity, Reducing Gaps and Preventing Poverty, Rehabilitation Following October 7th, and Trauma Treatment.
