Infrastructure for Social Change (ISC) invites you to apply for the new cohort of the Social Change Accelerator – a unique and leading framework for outstanding social entrepreneurs, offering the opportunity to turn a social initiative into wide-reaching action with a stable organizational and financial foundation.
The Accelerator provides selected ventures with a robust organizational and operational foundation, along with personalized strategic guidance from top experts in the field. The goal is to amplify their impact and ensure their measurable, long-term success.
Chosen initiatives receive close support, including monthly, quarterly, and annual one-on-one meetings with ISC’s team of seasoned professionals. Their expertise spans key areas of the social sector such as resource development, financial management, technological development, and more. The Accelerator also offers professional training, networking opportunities, and comprehensive operational solutions tailored to each initiative's needs.
Operational solutions include administrative management, legal and organizational infrastructure, donation processing (domestic and international), credit card processing, vendor payments, payroll, insurance, and cash flow monitoring - all is designed to enable initiatives to operate professionally and sustainably.
The accelerator’s mission is to enable exceptional ventures to grow, strengthen, and maximize their public impact in the most effective way.

Selection Process
All applications are reviewed by a multi-disciplinary evaluation committee composed of senior ISC staff alongside leading external experts with extensive experience in social entrepreneurship, public innovation, strategic development, and cross-sector collaboration.
Initiatives are selected with great care and professionalism, reflecting our commitment to quality and the promotion of broad systemic change. We view the evaluation of each initiative as a significant responsibility, investing thoughtful attention, sensitivity, and professionalism into the process.
Shortlisted applicants are invited for a pitch and a personal interview.

Michal Halamish
CEO and founder of Group Foundation – Transparent Donors, partner in the “Stones with a Heart” initiative, and senior executive in business development within high-tech companies.
Michal has extensive experience managing complex systems, social entrepreneurship, and building cross-sector collaborations. She is dedicated to promoting civic responsibility, transparency, and community as part of a worldview aimed at deep social change. Her unique combination of technological, managerial, and social backgrounds sets her apart.

Dana Schleifer
Public innovation and strategy expert, Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, and Teaching Fellow on entrepreneurship and systemic social change. As Chief Innovation Officer and Director of the Impact Team at the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality, she led large-scale municipal reforms and developed pioneering initiatives such as Digitaf and Glue. Co-founder of Ofek, Israel’s first social bank, former Head of Partnerships at Lamerhav, and National Director of Pa’amonim Students. Her work focuses on scaling social ventures, leading cross-sector collaborations, and advancing design-driven innovation with public institutions.

Inbal Freund
Inbal is a social entrepreneur and organizational development consultant with an emphasis on philanthropy and the intersection of the social and economic realm. She advises philanthropic foundations and teaches philanthropy in various settings. To date, she has advised over 500 organizations. Previously, Inbal was the director of resource development for the Social Activism unit of The Jewish Agency for Israel and also served as its spokesperson for Israeli media. Previously, she was CEO of an organization that supports agunot (“chained women” unable to remarry unless granted a Jewish divorce) and a Beit Midrash for conversion, and was a Legacy Heritage Fellow at The Jewish People Policy Institute. Currently, she is a member of the ROI network of the Schusterman Foundation and a diplomat at the World Jewish Diplomatic Corps of the World Jewish Congress.

Eliad Melamed
Co-founder and Director of ISC. Holds a master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in strategic guidance, resource development, and building managerial and financial infrastructures for nonprofits and social initiatives. Has supported over 100 social and community initiatives in Israel. An entrepreneur and social activist with about 15 years of experience in the social sector. Holds a bachelor's degree in Education and Political Science and an MBA in Nonprofit Management in partnership with the Mandel Foundation. Works to reduce social gaps by empowering social projects and influencing policy change.

Yaara Kalman Vaknin
Director of the Incubator Department at ISC. A certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. She serves on the board of Pardasim Association, where she was first introduced to the social sector and discovered how to combine her business expertise with creating real social change. Yaara believes that with the right financial tools, social initiatives can grow, overcome challenges, and ultimately lead meaningful work that positively impacts Israeli society.
Selected ventures

Hamzzan
Hamzzan offers support to evacuees,
soldiers, and families affected by the war, assisting them with economic, employment, and emotional challenges. Each person receives personalized accompaniment, including a customized action plan; the initiative’s goal is to ensure a stable economic future for the families of those harmed.
Ot.Haim
Ot.Haim creates typefaces from the handwriting of victims killed in the October 7, 2023 attack, in order to memorialize them. The fonts derived from their personal scripts are available for free download, making their stories accessible to the public so that their memory remains alive and resonant.
MINYAN
MINYAN is a center for Jewish culture in Tel Aviv, connecting the creativity of the big city with the magic of Jewish tradition. The initiative produces diverse experiences that blend spirituality with contemporary culture, bringing musicians and artists together to expand the city’s cultural horizons and create meaningful connections for all participants.
Yachad Israel
This initiative promotes meaningful dialogue between conservative thinkers and activists in Israel and liberal and progressive Jews in the U.S. It works to build a coalition to address current challenges and bridge different worlds within Judaism.

Studio 448
Studio 448 is a creative-healing space born from the personal and collective pain of war victims. It offers a renewed connection to self and to others through art, music, and community.
Located at the Herzliya Marina, overlooking the open sea, the studio serves as a safe and inspiring home. Activities include professional-led art workshops, singing circles and masterclasses, diverse creative workspaces, yacht sailing excursions, and personalized emotional support - all in an accessible and inviting atmosphere that emphasizes self-expression, healing, attentive listening, and a sense of belonging.
Connecting Leadership
Forum 120 - Connecting Leadership is a women-led leadership space working to restore the voices, knowledge, and wisdom of Jewish women across generations - and to translate that legacy into a contemporary language of repair, connection, and action. This mission is especially critical in a time of national fracture and disunity.
The forum views art as a living bridge between worlds, cultures, and generations - a tool for cultivating belonging, identity, and new bonds in the midst of fragmentation.
Through a lens of feminine leadership - deep, connective, attentive, and action-driven - we strive to build new spaces of hope, inspiration, and shared responsibility for the future of Israeli society.
Kehilat Hapardes
Founded in Pardes Hanna, Kehilat Hapardes serves as a refuge and supportive community in times of crisis. It provides spiritual and social support to every individual -regardless of social status or religion—and strengthens mutual responsibility and human connection through prayers, educational activities, and family events.
Launch to 100 Program
Launch to 100 Program for Emerging Political Leadership is an innovative leadership development initiative designed to nurture the next generation of political leaders - members of the "October 8th generation" - who will lead Israel’s future democratic-liberal-public camp, grounded in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence and the Launch to 100 Program.
The program is intended for young adults deeply committed to the State of Israel - brave, determined individuals driven by a strong inner call to shape the country’s future leadership. Participants gain in-depth knowledge across strategic, security, economic, and diplomatic domains, along with practical tools and networks to integrate into the political sphere.
TZACHI - CIVIL SQUADS OF ISRAEL
Established after the October 7th attack by Nir Alon of Kibbutz Sufa, TZACHI strengthens Israel’s community emergency response units. The organization focuses on building professional training systems in emergency and rescue fields, supplying protective equipment, and reinforcing local resilience - particularly in border communities and high-risk zones.
TZACHI works to connect communities with professional entities, aiming to establish an independent, rapid, and effective civilian emergency response framework.
SOLVIE
SOLVIE is a social-business-tech initiative that assists individuals living in poverty, crisis, or hardship in navigating complex bureaucratic challenges and accessing their full legal rights through institutions such as government ministries, local authorities, the National Insurance Institute, Property Tax Authority, and others.

Adi’s House
Adi’s House was founded in memory of Adi Melamed, of blessed memory, an inspiring woman who passed away from cancer in September 2024.
The center offers hope and support to individuals facing serious illness through holistic, integrative treatments, workshops, and professional training in the fields of healing mushrooms and natural medicine.
Kehilanu
The Kehilanu Association launched a vital and unique response for individuals coping with trauma, combining trauma-specific support groups with the creation of trauma-aware communities.
This model is grounded in the understanding that integrating a personal-group process with belonging to a community significantly increases the chances of healing - enhancing mood, boosting self-efficacy, and facilitating a return to healthy daily functioning.
This innovative initiative harnesses the healing power of peer support along with the vitality of community-building. It transforms trauma from an isolating experience into one of shared connection, from helplessness to meaning and capability - thus opening a path toward deep, long-term healing.
