The 120 Women Leadership Council
The 120 Women Leadership Council is a women-led leadership space dedicated to restoring the voice, knowledge, and wisdom of Jewish women across generations, and translating them into a contemporary language of repair, connection, and action - especially in a time of national fracture and the erosion of unity.
We view art as a living bridge between worlds, cultures, and generations - a tool for cultivating belonging, identity, and new connections at the heart of social rifts. Through the prism of feminine leadership - deep, connective, attentive, and active - we seek to create new spaces of hope, inspiration, and shared responsibility for the future of Israeli society.
The 120 Women Leadership Council serves as a dynamic platform that strengthens women’s wisdom and Jewish heritage across generations. Through the language of art as a bridge, the Forum nurtures identity, belonging, and community healing in times of national fracture - guided by feminine leadership oriented toward unity and meaningful change.
