Kehilat Ha Pardes
The Pardes Community is a home for spiritual connection and open Judaism in Pardes Hanna.
Our synagogue is the open air, with a canopy of stars above us.
We welcome women and men from every background, origin, and faith.
We believe that within every person lies the full spectrum of colors, and we see ourselves as partners of - and advocates for - the LGBTQ+ community in all its diversity.
Our practice is prayer through dialogue:
Sometimes a conversation will arise in the middle of the prayer, and from it a melody, a word, or an idea will emerge.
Our gatherings are always musical, and they conclude with a festive Friday-night meal made up of dishes that everyone brings. We welcome new ideas, learning, and exploration.
At the Pardes Community, we hold Kabbalat Shabbat gatherings and holiday events in the spirit of open and liberal Judaism, with deep attentiveness to the needs of the environment and the community.
