Mazal operates a One-Stop Shop Rights and Benefits Assistance Center, providing Israeli residents with personalized, professional guidance - without leaving their homes - on the rights, benefits, and services available to them, as well as the steps required to access and realize those entitlements.

  • The service is provided via telephone and/or a dedicated AI chatbot.

  • Each applicant receives full support throughout their journey to realizing their rights.

  • The service is free of charge and non-profit in nature.

  • The center is integrated with existing public-facing service channels.

  • Proactive outreach is also conducted to target populations in order to carry out an intake process aimed at identifying rights they are not even aware they are entitled to.

  • The service can also be accessed anonymously.
