In the heart of the Negev lies Einot Bar - a groundbreaking mind–body healing center that, for over a decade, has led an innovative integrative approach to trauma recovery and resilience.
Following the events of October 7th, thousands of civilians and soldiers turned to Einot Bar as a place of refuge, healing, and renewal. Soon after, Israel’s leading trauma experts arrived to learn from our methodology. Today, a pioneering research study is underway to examine the unique healing models developed at the center.
Since the onset of the war, Einot Bar has provided emergency treatments to more than 12,000 individuals - including children, adolescents, adults, combat soldiers, and reservists. In total, approximately 50,000 hours of both one-time and ongoing therapy have been delivered free of charge, to anyone seeking support, whether independently or through organized referral.
These treatments have helped reduce the intensity of trauma symptoms, manage recurring anxiety, and equip people with practical mental-health tools - enabling them to function once more in family life, in their communities, at work, and even in combat zones. Those treated have reported significant improvements in managing anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and feelings of guilt, along with a renewed sense of vitality - a profound “return to life.”
