Dana Schleifer

Public innovation and strategy expert, Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, and Teaching Fellow on entrepreneurship and systemic social change. As Chief Innovation Officer and Director of the Impact Team at the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality, she led large-scale municipal reforms and developed pioneering initiatives such as Digitaf and Glue. Co-founder of Ofek, Israel’s first social bank, former Head of Partnerships at Lamerhav, and National Director of Pa’amonim Students. Her work focuses on scaling social ventures, leading cross-sector collaborations, and advancing design-driven innovation with public institutions.

Inbal Freund​

Inbal is a social entrepreneur and organizational development consultant with an emphasis on philanthropy and the intersection of the social and economic realm. She advises philanthropic foundations and teaches philanthropy in various settings. To date, she has advised over 500 organizations. Previously, Inbal was the director of resource development for the Social Activism unit of The Jewish Agency for Israel and also served as its spokesperson for Israeli media. Previously, she was CEO of an organization that supports agunot (“chained women” unable to remarry unless granted a Jewish divorce) and a Beit Midrash for conversion, and was a Legacy Heritage Fellow at The Jewish People Policy Institute. Currently, she is a member of the ROI network of the Schusterman Foundation and a diplomat at the World Jewish Diplomatic Corps of the World Jewish Congress.

Eliad Melamed

Co-founder and Director of ISC. Holds a master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in strategic guidance, resource development, and building managerial and financial infrastructures for nonprofits and social initiatives. Has supported over 100 social and community initiatives in Israel. An entrepreneur and social activist with about 15 years of experience in the social sector. Holds a bachelor's degree in Education and Political Science and an MBA in Nonprofit Management in partnership with the Mandel Foundation. Works to reduce social gaps by empowering social projects and influencing policy change.

Yaara Kalman Vaknin
Director of the Incubator Department at ISC. A certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. She serves on the board of Pardasim Association, where she was first introduced to the social sector and discovered how to combine her business expertise with creating real social change. Yaara believes that with the right financial tools, social initiatives can grow, overcome challenges, and ultimately lead meaningful work that positively impacts Israeli society.
